The Overlap
A recent commission on a challenging site in the Petts Wood Area of Special Residential Character, this project will deliver a two-storey rear extension together with a single-storey wraparound to a detached 1940s house. The scheme is to maximise space, light, and connection to the garden while remaining sensitive to the character of its setting.

Proposed refurbishment, extension, and loft conversion of a characterful four-storey semi-detached Victorian house with a spectacular garden in Shepherd’s Bush.
